Tanto Manolo, como David o Carlos fueron estupendos, aunque con quien tuvimos más contacto fue con Juliana que nos... read more llevó puntualmente a visitar Sevilla y nos atendió de forma impecable. Nunca con una excursión de autocar de las que nos suelen ofrecer en "Mundosenior", hubiéramos estado mejor atendidos, ni hubiéramos visto los lugares a los que nos llevó o nos sugirió Juliana. I have not written any other reviews. I see that you have not thought about not calling from my number because I ran out of battery, we called all the numbers that came on the card that your driver gave us and they told us that they would not pick us up.
My reading comprehension is perfect, but your spelling is horrible “a eliminated” is with “h” (has eliminated).
The anger with which you respond says a lot about you and how you treat customers.
Next year we repeat!!
I realize that although I was not going to give it more importance, I see that it would be selfish and I would be turning my back on present and future users of the Hurtado company.
I have to suggest that depending on the time and type of service and passengers, if there is an accompanying co-pilot left in the front seat, a 2nd lookout.
Plus a couple of good coffees, pre-driving stretches and open front windows, at least the driver's to, at least, that hits the whole face and the passenger's a little open or closed. Let it be at the scientific level or the one that best suits the driver to stay clear.
And pray for us in return 4 Hail Marys. And I mean it seriously, at home or at church but from the heart.

I prevented a catastrophe
rest assured that I kept in mind what I have to remember before writing and during my comment.
You can describe the explanation that best seems to you, and even being sensible and reasonable, which in my opinion has not been, your answer does not justify the complete life and physical integrity of my 2 children and wife, my own. The best freed, the driver.
I have assumed possible scenarios and I even got rid of the death of a passenger.
